Reporting to the Head of Accounts, responsibilities in this role shall be for all aspects of property management cashiering, managing the efficient and timely receipting of income; receipting of cheques and electronic receipts on a daily basis, daily bank reconciliations, daily processing of BACS/CHAPS payment files, management of unbanked cheques and liaising with tenants in respect of un-allocated funds and queries. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience in a Treasury Management position, you should have property sector experience, experience of working with ECS Qube and Yardi accountancy software experience and supervisory experience.
